About CBR

CBR Ltd began trading in 1984 specialising in structural repairs. This developed over the years to include underpinning, resin grouting, cavity ties, concrete repairs, tie bars etc.

In the last seven years we became an approved Remedial Works Contractor for the NHBC. Our client base also includes a wide variety of professionals including Managing Agents, Building Surveyors, Architects, Developers, Structural Engineers and Loss Adjusters/Insurance Companies.

CBR through the employment of some key individuals has furthermore developed into a respected building restoration contractor and over the past four years this side of the business has developed and continues to increase. Our aim is to increase our business by offering client’s services that are different from other building restoration contractors.

We achieve this thanks to our attention to customer care, specialist experience and high standards of quality workmanship.

CBR offers a unique mix of traditional conservation and restoration with other disciplines such as building maintenance, refurbishment and structural repairs. This makes CBR unique in being able to offer this depth of skill which allows us to restore historic buildings and provide sensitive refurbishment expertise, all with one management team.
