We are proud to announce that Ken Negus Limited has now become part of the CBR Group of Companies. Ken Negus Limited will continue to provide the high quality building cleaning works as it has done for the past thirty years but this will be further complimented by the masonry restoration and conservation services provided by CBR Limited.

Firstly a Happy New Year to all our clients, both new and long term.

CBR have now secured a large refit of a residential property in Holborn which involves the incorporation of our core trades, those being the internal refurbishment to a high specification and also the restoration of the external facades inclusive of considerable areas of tuck pointing.

CBR Limited have also been appointed as the Main Contractor to Home Office Establishment requiring large scale brickwork stabilisation and repointing.

Along with other new and on going projects this year looks to be a very good year for the further development of the company.

CBR Limited have now completed a large office refurbishment project in Baker Street, London, please see our revised Profile in the next few weeks.

CBR are also underway with the extensive masonry package at Berkeley Court, near Baker Street, this project is expected to run for the next eight to nine months.

.......and finally, Malcolm Brown has now been appointed as the new Managing Director of CBR Limited.

CBR are close to completing yet another high class residential refurbishment project in Wiltshire along with starting another larger project in Holborn. This project involves historic facade restoration, restoration of internal timber panelling and high end modern internal refurbishment of the building.

CBR have successfully completed the external cleaning of a school in North London using the Stonehealth Jos/Torc system.

CBR have also secured various smaller cleaning and restoration projects in Central London.

CBR Limited are seeking an Estimator for the successful refurbishment division of the company. The applicant must be of at least 10 years experience, self motivated and with a proven track record.
